We are a family business. Our roots are on Route 66 in Commerce, and our office is on Main Street in Miami — which is itself the old Route 66 alignment through town.
Our philosophy is not complicated: we treat each homeowner like family, and we take care of their roof the way we would want someone to take care of ours.
Why being from here matters
After a hailstorm, Northeast Oklahoma fills up with contractors who are not from Northeast Oklahoma. Some of them do fine work. But when a question comes up in year six — a flashing detail, a warranty question, a leak nobody expected — the truck with the out-of-state plate is three states away and the phone number goes nowhere.
We are not going anywhere. Our address is 111 S Main Street and you can drive to it. That is a smaller promise than the ones storm chasers make. It is also the only one that still means anything in year six.

How we handle insurance
Helping people document storm damage and understand the claim process is what we are best known for. It is also tightly regulated in Oklahoma, and we stay inside those rules. We document the damage, we write an estimate for our own work, and we can meet your adjuster on site if you ask. We do not file, negotiate or promise claim outcomes, and we will never offer to cover your deductible — that is unlawful here, and the offer by itself is the violation.

Registration also means the contractor carries at least $500,000 in liability coverage for residential work.
